Terms of Service
Effective date: August 10, 2026
These Terms govern use of vapevault.net and purchases from The Vape Vault, 330 South Lafayette Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
1. Eligibility (21+)
You must be at least 21 years old to place orders or purchase nicotine, vapor, tobacco, or adult hemp-derived products. We may refuse or cancel orders if age cannot be verified.
2. Products
Availability, pricing, and inventory change frequently. Images/descriptions are general information; in-store selection may differ. COAs are available in-store or upon request where applicable. Products are for adult personal use only and are not medical advice or FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
3. Orders, Payment, and Cancellation
- Online orders are offers to purchase, subject to acceptance and inventory.
- Payment is due at checkout or as indicated for pickup.
- We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, underage, incomplete, or non-compliant, and will refund prepaid amounts for unfulfilled canceled orders (subject to processor timing).
- Request cancellation before fulfillment at 704-406-9890 or sales@vapevault.net; after preparation/pickup/delivery/shipment, cancellation may not be available.
4. Fulfillment
Orders may be fulfilled by in-store pickup, drive-thru, curbside, local delivery partners (for example DoorDash), or shipping where legally permitted. Third-party apps may show a limited catalog.
5. Identification
Valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21+ may be required for pickup, drive-thru, delivery, or adult-signature shipments. We may refuse release without acceptable ID.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vape Vault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in North Carolina unless applicable law requires otherwise.
