Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Fulfillment Options
- In-store pickup / drive-thru / curbside at 330 South Lafayette Street, Shelby, NC 28150 during posted hours.
- Local delivery partners (for example DoorDash) for eligible items; fees/ETAs/ID rules are set by the partner.
- Shipping where offered and legally permitted; methods and costs appear at checkout.
2. Shipping Areas
We primarily serve customers through our Shelby retail location. When shipping is enabled, it is limited to destinations where sale/possession of the product is lawful. We cancel and refund prepaid amounts for items we cannot legally ship.
3. Costs and Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Carrier options may include common parcel carriers as offered at checkout. Delivery-partner fees are set by those platforms.
4. Processing Times
- Pickup/drive-thru/curbside: typically same business day if ordered during open hours.
- Shipped orders: generally processed within 1芒聙聯3 business days after payment, then handed to the carrier. Transit times are estimates only.
5. Adult Signature and ID
Age-restricted products may require government photo ID (21+) at pickup/delivery and/or adult signature on shipped packages. Failed verification may result in return, hold, or cancellation, and additional shipping fees may apply.
6. Risk of Loss / Damage
For shipped orders, risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. Report damage or loss within 48 hours at 704-406-9890 or sales@vapevault.net.
