Age Verification Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026
The Vape Vault requires customers to be 21+ for e-cigarettes, other tobacco/nicotine products, and adult hemp-derived products we offer.
1. Website Age Gate
Visitors see a 21+ age-verification prompt. Selecting YES stores an acknowledgment cookie for a limited period. This does not replace in-person ID checks.
2. Checkout Confirmation
Before completing an online order, customers must check a required box confirming they are 21+ and legally able to purchase. Orders cannot be placed without that confirmation; it is stored with the order.
3. Pickup, Drive-Thru, Curbside, and Delivery
Staff or a delivery partner may require valid government photo ID showing 21+ before releasing age-restricted products. We may refuse the sale or cancel the order without acceptable ID.
4. Shipped Orders
Where shipping is offered, adult signature and/or ID verification may be required. Failed verification may result in return-to-sender, cancellation, and possible shipping charges.
5. False Statements
False age information is prohibited and may result in cancellation and restricted future purchases.
