This Privacy Policy explains how The Vape Vault (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vapevault.net, place an order, contact us, or visit our store at 330 South Lafayette Street, Shelby, NC 28150.
We are a local retail business in Shelby, North Carolina. This policy is for The Vape Vault only. It is not a theme-developer, Envato, AncoraThemes, Ticksy, Zoho theme-support, or Cyprus-company privacy notice.

- Order and fulfillment information – billing/shipping addresses, products ordered, pickup or delivery preferences, order notes, and age-confirmation acknowledgments.
- Payment information – payment card details are processed by our payment providers (for example, WooCommerce payment gateways). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- Age-related confirmations – responses to our site age gate and checkout 21+ confirmation, used to help prevent underage sales.

- In-store / pickup interactions – when you pick up or complete a purchase in person, staff may view government-issued identification to verify you are 21+.

3. Where Information Is Stored / Hosted
Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Business email and operational tools may be provided by our hosting and email providers. Payment data is handled by our payment processors. We do not operate German Hetzner servers for AncoraThemes, Envato purchase-code systems, Ticksy ticketing, or Zoho theme-support workflows described in older theme-demo policies.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers that help us run the site and business (hosting, ecommerce/platform tools, payment processors, analytics/security tools, and delivery partners such as DoorDash when you order through them), and with advisors or authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
